Development next to Battlefield Store approved

The Spotsylvania County Board of Supervisors has approved Andora Oaks, a 150-home residential development proposed by Terra Dominion HP LLC on 56 acres between State Route 3 and Old Plank Road. The neighborhood, which will include sidewalks, asphalt trails, and two access points—one from Route 3 and another connecting to Ashleigh Park—required rezoning from rural to planned development housing.

Cypress, Highcrest pitch residential redevelopment in McLean
