John T. Pellerito
John has spent his entire career in the real estate industry with a focus on land acquisitions and sales in the Washington DC metro market, where he has acquired or sold over $1 Billion worth of commercial assets and properties planned for development.
As Managing Principal of Cypress Real Estate Company, he has applied his extensive experience and broad network to identify value-add investment opportunities that have been acquired with internal capitalization and joint venture partnerships. In addition, John also serves as the Managing Member of Good Housing Virginia specializing in the financing, development and management of affordable housing.
As Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where John spent over 10 years, he was an integral member of the Land Advisory Group, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of complex real estate assets. John has overseen the successful completion of over 70 transactions on behalf of his clients and partners.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2012, he managed the land department as Vice President of K. Hovnanian Homes (Top 10 National Homebuilder) for over 10 years, where he acquired and sold thousands of residential lots in the region. In addition to his experience in acquiring land, he has managed numerous high profile rezonings and governmental approvals in many local jurisdictions.
John lives in Loudoun County with his wife and two kids, and he is very involved and knowledgeable in the local land use and politics of this fast-growing County.

Colin G. Stiles
Colin has spent the past 20 years of his career managing land transactions, entitlements, site plan approvals and permits in the Washington DC metro market. Over the course of the past two decades, Colin has represented regional and national homebuilders, developers, private and institutional investors.
As a principal for Cypress Real Estate Company, Colin provides strategic planning and management oversight of the complex political, engineering and regulatory process required to achieve the highest return for Cypress and its partners. Colin has long standing relationships with the key real estate consultants, attorneys and politicians, allowing him to efficiently navigate the approval process to timely deliver projects on budget. In addition, Colin also serves as the Managing Member of Good Housing Virginia specializing in the financing, development and management of affordable housing.
Prior to joining Cypress, Colin was the principal of Terra Dominion Group. TDG specialized in land banking, land acquisition and entitlement services for public and private homebuilders. Colin has served in numerous leadership roles with public and private homebuilders including as Vice President of Land for Lennar in Northern Virginia, Director of Land for Arcadia Communities and as the senior land acquisition manager K. Hovnanian Homes.
